The German Ski Association and the organizing committee of SC Urach are pleased to invite all the national freestyle associations to attend FIS Ski Cross Competition 2012 to be held at Urach/Sägenhoflift on January 29th, 2012.

Rules:
- The German Ski Association (DSV) and the organizing committee of SC Urach are organizing a FIS Skicross Competition.
- The dates of the Competitions have been published in the International Calendar of the FIS.
- The Competitions will be held under FIS rules and regulations for freestyle skiing.
- The Freestyle Europe Cup Competition is an event of Skicross for ladies and men.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to change the schedule or the place of the events from those stated in the program, subject to the snow conditions or the decision of the competition jury.
- The starter field according to the quota of the International Ski Federation.
Entries:
Entries will only be accepted from National Ski Associations and must be submitted to the organizing committee by mail, fax or email no later than Thursday, January 26, 2012. Please complete the enclosed entry form and send it to the organizing committee.
Please note: Every entered athlete must have an active FIS Freestyle Code.

Method of Payments:
Entry fee shall be paid to the organizing committee in cash at the time of registration. Accommodation fee shall be paid directly to the hotel/pension where the team is lodged. Payment by credit card is possible at some places.
Race Office:
The Race Office is placed at the Sägenhoflift, 78147 Vöhrenbach-Urach (Address: Sägenhofstüble, 78147 Vöhrenbach-Urach).
Bibs:
All competitors must wear their bibs during all official trainings, competitions and
award winning ceremonies. Each team leader will be asked for € 40 deposit per team upon registration.
Ski Lift Tickets:
Lift tickets for competitors and trainers will be provided at the Sägenhoflift on the days of competitions and official trainings.
Award Winning:
Award winning ceremonies will be held right after the event at the finisharea of the course.
Insurance/Liability:
All athletes, officials and other members of the national ski associations who attend and participate in the competitions shall do so at their own risk. The organizing committee SC Urach and the German Ski Association shall not be responsible for any losses or injuries incurred or suffered by any athlete, official or other person in conjunction with the organisation or standing of the event.
Every competitor must have his/her own medical insurance. The organizing committee and the German Ski Association decline any responsibility for accidents, damaged equipment and second and third party claims during the competitions. All athletes must have previously signed the "FIS Athletes Declaration" form in order to be registered.
